J2 Sushi is a celebration of two very different and distinct culinary styles. Jason Cheng, sushi chef extraordinaire and owner of J2 Sushi places an emphasis on fresh, quality fish caught in Irish waters. This fish is delivered fresh from Wright’s of Marino, wood-smoked by the chefs and hand-made into little pieces of fishy heaven by the J2 team. J2 Sushi also only use Irish meat sourced from Dublin’s own F.X. Buckley’s. In fact most of what they cook and serve is Irish, and J2 Sushi prepare everything on-site from scratch including, all home-made desserts along and soy sauce.
