The Alltech Craft Brews & Food Fair 2019 is brought to you by Alltech Beverage Division Ireland (ABDI), the distribution and beverage production company that develop mature and emerging craft drinks brands across beer, cider and spirits within Ireland and abroad. The Fair was the brainchild of Dr. Pearse Lyons, our late great founder who saw the opportunity to showcase the best beverages our craft drinks industry has to offer, and our inaugural fair in 2013 featured as part of ‘The Gathering’, Ireland’s largest ever tourism initiative. Since then, our fair has gone from strength to strength and is the largest celebration of the craft drinks industry in this country.
ABDI will be represented by Ha’penny Spirits, Míl Gin, Pearse Lyons Distillery, Foxes Rock, Rascals Brewing Co., Jawbox Gin, Tempted Cider, MacIvors, Galway Hooker, Blacks of Kinsale, Barcelona Beer Company at the fair.

Kegstar rent kegs and casks to help free up the valuable resources of time and money that producers otherwise spend tracking, maintaining and collecting container solutions. Using app enabled technology each of their kegs and casks are scanned with a smart device through the supply chain, creating valuable data along the way. DHL Global Forwarding / Gori Ireland
Gori Ireland will be at the event to present freight forwarding solutions, tailored for the beer & spirits sectors. With a presence in over 220 countries and a vast multi-modal transport service, the company can offer an import or export solution for exhibitors.
The company’s Beers, Wines & Spirits representative, Bret Patterson will be on hand at the event to discuss logistics and provide information.
Murray’s Recycled Plastic
Murray’s Recycled Plastic is a family business which is run by John and Sheila Murray. Supplying furniture to trade organisations and events, they manufacture & design maintenance-free items which last a lifetime. Made from 100% recycled plastic boards, Murray's provide environmentally-friendly benches and picnic tables to trade organisations and events. They will have a stand at the fair beside the International bar.
The Pearse Lyons Distillery
Producing some of Ireland’s finest small batch Irish whiskies, The Pearse Lyons Distillery is nestled in the former Church of St. James in the heart of The Liberties, an area steeped in history of the Irish brewing and distilling industry. They celebrate the Irish tradition of storytelling on each guided tour of the church site and graveyard.
The distillery will also host a series of whiskey appreciation classes at the Fair, where attendees can sample an Irish whiskey, a Bourbon, a Rye and a Scotch
This ticketed classes will cost €10 per person (plus booking fee) which also includes some light nibbles. Tickets are available here, or at the Pearse Lyons Distillery stand (pre-booking is advised).

Kick-back and relax on deck chairs with refreshing cocktails in hand. Bursting with southern sunshine, Míl Gin is a full-flavoured gin distilled with Almond, Basil, Bergamot Orange, Gooseberry, Juniper, Olives, Orris, Rosemary and Thyme.
