Opened in 2011, the Pieman café has experienced continued success and is now open seven days to the public. Well-known to festival-goers, Pieman regularly attend trade-shows and popular events. Their artisanal products are also stocked in some of Ireland's favourite venues. Using only the freshest ingredients, each pie is made with love in a Dublin kitchen, filled to the brim with meat, vegetables, fresh herbs and delicious pastry.
